Refund Policy

Delivered plan access
Khapy does not offer refunds for delivered service. Free trial previews and plan comparison exist so you can evaluate before paying, and refund requests are denied and recorded.
Erroneous charges
The only exception is an erroneous charge, which we reverse: a duplicate charge for the same invoice, or a successful payment that never activated your entitlement. Reversal requests must identify the payment and are verified against billing evidence before approval.
How to request a reversal
Contact legal@khapy.com with your payment reference. Cancellations and plan changes are handled in Plan & billing. Paid access runs to the end of its period.
